- Develop and manage the distribution network in the assigned region.
- Develop growth and product penetration strategies and tactics to increase sales in the specified region.
- Train, mentor and support existing distributors to enhance sales and service capabilities.

- Availability to travel to assigned regions (with valid passport) up to 70% of the time.
- Knowledge of the agricultural sector is highly valued.
- Experience in export SALES in companies in the agricultural machinery sector (at least 5 years, exclusive).
- Highly valued experience in sales of SEMBRADORAS.

- Superior degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Knowledge of agricultural machinery.
- Good use of Solid Works environment.

- Knowledge of assembly methods, drive and transmission devices, materials and latest technologies for the production of metal components.
- Good level of languages: Spanish, English, French, Catalan.
