VESTA

The VESTA 2813 is a 7,000 litre capacity seed drill with an amazing versatility that allows it to carry out all types of sowing as it can be equipped with a wide range of sowing equipments configurable in 2, 3 or 4 rows. Available in various working widths ranging from 5 m to 7.7 m and with electric or mechanical transmission.

Hopper with a capacity of 7,000 litres made of high-strength steel.
Optionally divisible for seed and fertiliser at a ratio of 60% and 40%.
Capacity for a third product by means of 2 optional hoppers of 205 litres each.
Floating chassis in three sections. ISOBUS mechanical or electrical metering by means of the ELEKTRA system.
Can be fitted with SM, PT, Double Disc and Tines Coulters.
Can also be fitted with 12-row PROSEM precision planters.
       
 

Straight Tine Coulter

 

Interchangeable tine coulter forged steel arm, with springs, for conventional sowing. It is the most widely used sowing gear as it allows sowing in very diverse conditions. Robust and suitable for prepared terrain. Its standard distance between sowing rows is 12.5 cm. Adjustable height on coulters behind the tracks. It is used on the pneumatic machines ARES and ARES-P, and mechanical machines such as the TRISEM-2110.

SM

Equipped on SM-1909, VESTA, SM-P, CERES and SD-3115. More than 3000 machines on the market use this arm.
Multipurpose seeding arm, for direct seeding, minimum tillage and conventional seeding. Interchangeable Tungsten Carbide tip with high wear resistance and very easy to change by means of a single screw.  The arms behind the roller have individual depth adjustment.
The 16 mm thick high resistance steel arm allows seeding in the most demanding conditions, with reduced maintenance costs.

PT

 

Light and robust, specially for three-point hitched machines such as the ARES and ARES-P, where weight is particularly important. It is a multipurpose coulter for conventional sowing, minimum tillage and non-till (in favourable conditions). It features an interchangeable tine, made of tungsten carbide, which is easy to replace. Made of high-strength steel that is 15 mm thick.

Suffolk Coulter

 

Installed on the three-point hitched pneumatic models ARES, ARES-P and NEU-P. It is a special coulter for conventional sowing. Very light and adaptable to the terrain. Excellent depth control on light or heavily worked terrain. It is recommended that they are installed with a front cultivator and leveller.

  2. Furrower Suffolk coulter made of steel highly resistant to wear.

  5. Anti-recoil Suffolk coulter closure.

Disc

 

Installed on the machines ED-1003, ARES, ARES-P and NEU-P. Ideal for conventional sowing. Light and adaptable to the terrain. The concave disc system allows good sowing quality with a certain amount of plant debris. Adjustable rear wheel for better depth control as an option.

Double disc with Parallelogram

 

Mounted on the ARES, ARES-P and NEU-P with double disc. The offset double disc, mounted with a parallelogram and an adjustable wheel for depth allows conventional sowing and minimum tillage, with the highest efficiency, precision and control.

 

  1. Double opening disc offset by 14” made of boron steel.
  2. Bearing with triple shielding to protect against dust ingress.
  3. Ø350 mm x 50 mm semi-pneumatic depth control wheel.
  4. Independent regulation of sowing depth.
  5. Individual pressure regulation.
  6. Surface copying system using articulated parallelograms.

Multi-product divisible hopper

The hopper of the VESTA 2813 can optionally be configured in two parts for seed/fertiliser or seed/seed in a ratio of 60-40. In addition, it can be equipped with two outer hoppers for micro-granular products such as insecticides, micro-granular fertilisers, micro-irrigation, etc.

Double metering unit system

The combined seed and fertiliser spreader VESTA 2813 is equipped with two stainless steel distributors with easily interchangeable rollers for different products. This feature is standard on all ELEKTRA models.

Depth control on the lift

This system, which is fitted as standard on the VESTA, acts as a depth control on the linkage. It is adjusted by means of a plate and performs this function in addition to the main depth control system for the wheels of the sowing unit.
